I am having a lot of trouble thinking about the possibilities of this project when i am so unfamiliar with what is even possible with the material and tools, but this is what I have so far.

I have been thinking about ways that I can share this “experience”. I want to create objects to be interacted with. Right now my main idea is to create some sort of teething objects (cubes, rods, etc) from the wood and invite people who I feel are important to my life to chew on these objects. Also thinking about sending the objects to past lovers/childhood crushes/people who have become absent in my life but were once important and inviting them to chew on the objects and send them back to me (I would provide postage).

The teething aspect for me is more relevant if I am able to send the objects to childhood crushes. I am thinking about the idea of losing something (teeth, intimacy, contact, etc) and then regaining something (new teeth, new connections, etc.)

Still hammering this out, not sure if this even makes sense with the materials, not sure but excited to think more.
